The only information we have of you is what is submitted by you to the site for services such as for sale items and member photo’s. All other information is submitted by the PPMC club, this is Rider Name, Bike number and class. This information is used for:

i. The riders class page, showing a list of active members in each class.

ii. The race results page, showing finishing positions of each rider at each meeting.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.

We do retain e-mails that are submitted by you for For Sale items and pictures, this is for records only to cover the event of a dispute of submitted material and protects against any argument of mistype or incorrect info submitted on the site. The e-mail and their contents are not forwarded, offered or sold to any third party.
