20/06/2010 - Round 6 of the 2010 championship went without a hitch with some high flying action at Bishopstone

08/05/2010 - Jean and the team of lap scorers have shot the hole again and delivered fast results, which can now be viewed via the fixtures page

05/06/2010 - The two day event was sizzling, with both the riders and the weather being HOT HOT HOT! Some really good racing played out on track, despite the points not actually counting toward the the championship, this did not stop the competitive nature of our members.

23/05/2010 - Tincleton got off to a good start, but the hot weather brought a dry track and the thick dust brought the event to a halt, and we sadly had to abandon the racing for Healt & Safety purposes

09/05/2010 - Round 4 @ Gunner was another successful and exciting meeting for PPMC, the grey skies and cold wind did nothing to dampen the spirits of the riders, which was as high as the bikes flying around the track!

12/04/2004 - Booking In Form for the Plush 2 Day Event in June will be available in the next two club magazines. you must submit your form before the meeting at Gunner on may 9th to qualify for a trophy. you can still book in after this date - but will not qualify for a trophy

There is no minimum number of attended meetings required to qualify this season.

11/04/2010 - The new season finally gets underway in Round 2 at Bishopstone - Round 1 was a washout and was cancelled, but Round 2 saw things back on track with a great turn out od riders, delivering some great racing. - Results & Full Report will be posted soon.

25/03/2010 - It is with great regret that PPMC had to cancel the first round of the 2010 championship. The recent poor weather plus the forecast rain for the weekend meant the camping and parking area was inaccessible. Better luck for round two!

25/03/2010 - Fire extinguisher checks will be carried out on round 3, they need to be one per vehicle, powder 2.5 or equivalent, and needs group and rider number on it

General Information

Injury cover

If you require injury cover contact Sharon on 07814552816 within the next two weeks as the new policies will be changing to lesser benefits, all existing policies will remain the same.Current policies pay out up to £140 per day in hospital, up to £1000 for fractures, up to £500 surgery. Costing from 32p a day for adults and from 16p a day for children .New policies as from the 1st march 08 will not be so beneficial , so please act today.

UPDATE ON C.I.C.A. (COMBINED )

There seems to be a misunderstanding with the previous message. All existing cover will remain the same aslong as it is kept in force by the policyholder (or parents) . the type of cover avalible was to be replaced by a new policy but this has been delayed till further notice. The new cover will still cover for this sport but the benifits will be reduced . If you have any concerns reguarding new or existing cover please do not hesitate to call Sharon on 07814552816 if you do not have your cover yet and wish to be insured, please call asap
